Inform Texas hosts the only conference for professional development in the Information, Referral, and Assistance (IR&A) field in Texas. The conference draws IR&A professionals from across the State. Attendees include call specialists, supervisors and executive management personnel from nonprofit organizations, for profit, state government and the military that specialize in providing health and human service information, crisis intervention, military and veteran services, disaster response, public alerts, and other community information.

Now accepting speaker proposals for the 2023 conference.
TAIRS’ annual conference draws Information, Referral, & Assistance (IR&A) professionals from across Texas to learn together and build their skills! Common organizations in attendance are 211s, Aging & Disability Resource Centers, Area Agencies on Aging, and more! Attendees include staff providing direct service, database curators, supervisors, and program directors. There is no conference registration cost to attend for speakers, so consider that an added plus!
Session proposals must be submitted by Friday, September 15th, 2023 to be considered.

HOW TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL
Please submit a TAIRS 2023 Conference Session Proposal and email a resume and/or speaker biography for each speaker to Mallory.Freitag@h-gac.com. Session proposals must be submitted by Friday, September 15th to be considered.
Presenters may submit more than one proposal. CLICK HERE for additional resources on creating a competitive proposal!
Please note, TAIRS typically does not pay presenters for session content at the conference.
