Due to circumstances related to the federal government shutdown this fall, the Inform Texas Conference has been postponed. The event will not take place November 3–6, 2025, as originally scheduled. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure a successful and well-attended conference experience for all participants. New Conference Dates and Details: Location remains: Cactus Cove Inn, Amarillo Texas All registration fees and hotel room rates are projected to remain the same for the April conference. We will advise when the NEW REGISTRATION LINKS are available.

This annual conference brings together Information & Referral (I&R) professionals from across Texas to learn together, build skills, and share best practices! Don’t miss out on the latest projects, research, and innovations from across the field including core competencies of I&R, expansions in program delivery, and the latest in technology to enhance services.
The conference will be held on-site at Cactus Cove Inn & Suites, a newly established boutique hotel with historic roots in Amarillo – see below for the Inn website and more information on amenities!

2025 Clare B Rothmeyer Distinguished Service Award
Award Description: Celebrate the legacy of a true trailblazer in Information & Referral (I&R)! The Clare B. Rothmeyer Distinguished Service Award honors individuals who have made an extraordinary impact in the I&R field—just like Clara herself.
2025 CRS Database Curator Award
Award Description: This award recognizes an exceptional I&R CRS Database Curator who has not only mastered the art of resource management but also makes it shine. They’re the ones who connect the dots, organize the chaos, and keep the heart of Information & Referral pumping!
2025 Community Resource Specialist Award
Award Description: This award recognizes an incredible I&R CRS or CRA A/D professional who goes above and beyond to connect people to the help they need and the hope they deserve!
